HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST & EASY | SNAKE DIET
This video will give you a high-level explanation of the Snake Diet, what wet and dry fasts are, and how to start the snake diet while consuming snake juice. I will address dry fasting in depth in another video so stay tuned for that one.

How To Start The Snake Diet
1. Fast 48 hours
2. Small refeed (Overweight People: 15 mins | Lean People: 2-3 hours)
3. Fast 72 hours
4. Small refeed
5. Fast as long as you can
6. Small refeed
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have lost all the weight

What To Eat On A Refeed
* If you are overweight: 4 parts low carb vegetables, 1 part protein (I don’t care about the calories - just keep it ultra low carb)
* If you are lean: 4 parts low carb fruit and tubers, 3 parts starchy carbs, 1 part protein
